Susan brings with her over forty years of experience. She is certified in Dental Radiology, Coronal Polishing, and CPR/BLS Provider through American Heart Association. As the Office Manager, she facilitates the morning huddle, greets and welcomes the patients to our office, answers the phone, schedules appointments, and gives courtesy calls to remind patients of their appointments. The patient has always been her number one priority. Susan also maintains all the bills, payroll hours, and overall business matters of the practice. Susan is qualified to fill in as needed as a Dental Assistant, along with the Financial Treatment Services. In her free time she enjoys wildlife, and being outdoors.
Caitlin entered the dental field in May of 2018. She is a recent graduate of Brescia University where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. She holds a National Board Certification in Pharmaceutical along with a Kentucky State License to practice. She brings with her ten years of healthcare experience. She is CPR/First Aid and basic life support health care provider. In our office Caitlin is the Financial Treatment Coordinator; she is responsible for all finances such as patient's accounts, the legality of collections, insurance billing, treatment estimates, facilitating treatment consultations, and banking deposits. She schedules procedures on the doctor's sides, along with finalizing treatment plans. Caitlin's goal is to help each patient receive the dental care they need, while understanding dentistry is an investment.
Kim has been practicing dental hygiene in the Owensboro area since 2009. She is a graduate of the University of Louisville Dental Hygiene Program. While there, she received her Bachelor's of Science Degree with Magnum Cum Laude honors. She is local anesthesia certified, general supervision certified, and has CPR/First Aid basic life support healthcare provider certification. Kim is always eager to help people achieve and maintain a healthy smile.
Kayla entered the dental field in February of 2013. She is a graduate of Owensboro Community and Technical College where she earned a Certification in Dental Assisting. She also holds a certification in Radiography and is a CPR/First Aid basic life support provider. She is the leader of the clinical side providing training to all assistants, placing supply orders, overseeing sterilization, and putting together all laboratory cases. She has been trained to place composite fillings, along with the making of temporary crowns. She is also responsible for assisting both Doctors with all procedures; while providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for the patients. As the OSHA officer for our office she strives to maintain a safe work environment for our patients and staff.
Keely entered the dental field in August of 2018. She is a graduate of Daviess County High school. She brings with her several years of customer service experience. As a Dental Assistant she helps guide our patients through procedures with sympathy and compassion. Keely also helps to maintain our sterilization processes.
Elsie brings with her over thirty nine years of dental experience. She graduated from Western Kentucky University with an Associates of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. She is also certified in Laser Debridement, General Supervision and holds a certificate of recognition from the Academy of Dentistry for persons with disabilities. Elsie's goal is to provide the best care possible to help her patients maintain a healthy mouth. Her and her husband recently celebrated their 43rd wedding anniversary. She prides herself of raising two beautiful daughters whom have blessed her with six perfect grandchildren.
Casey has been practicing dental hygiene since May of 2018. She graduated from Indiana University's school of dentistry, located on IUPUI's campus. While there, she received an associate's degree leading to the completion of her bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene. It is too be noted that Casey was awarded the President of her Hygiene program, along with the Procter and Gamble Prevention award, and the Colgate S.T.A.R award, for the dedication to the profession and to her patients. She is local anesthesia certified, along with being certified in CPR/First aid and basic life support. Casey holds a state license to practice in both Kentucky and Indiana. Casey wants to make sure that each patient she sees leaves with the highest standard of care.
