WaterLase

The WaterLase is a gentle, safe and effective way to perform many dental procedures. This technology allows for a virtually pain-free experience with no shots required.

Paperless Office

Our dental charting is made and recorded with the aid of the computer. This technology allows us to maintain your dental records electronically, and cuts down the unnecessary paperwork used with traditional paper charting. Digital charting standardizes the charting process so it is clear, easy to understand, and enables us to provide the most accurate and precise care to our patients.

Electronic Claims

Our office utilizes electronic claims processing. This means that rather than sending your dental claim through the mail, it is sent electronically to your insurance company. By filing your claim electronically, information is submitted more efficiently and with fewer errors. This feature benefits our patients because the turnaround time on claims is faster and fewer claims are returned or denied.

Electronic Imaging

By being able to attach digital x-rays and intra oral photographs to electronic claims electronically rather than through the mail, claims are submitted more efficiently and are paid in a more timely matter. This benefits our patients because the turnaround time on claims is faster and less claims are returned or denied.

Automatic Appointment Reminders

For your convenience, our office will make a courtesy call to you prior to your reserved appointment. If you choose, we can also leave you a reminder via text or e-mail. It is our goal to provide you with excellent and efficient service!

Wi-Fi Digital Radiographs

Dental radiographs are essential, preventative, diagnostic tools that provide valuable information not visible during a regular dental exam. Dentists use this information to safely and accurately detect hidden dental abnormalities and complete an accurate treatment plan. Without x-rays, problem areas may go undetected. Digital imaging is the latest technology used to obtain an image of your teeth. This technique uses a small electronic sensor that captures and stores the digital image on a computer. The result is a highly detailed image which can be instantly viewed and easily enhanced to better diagnose any dental concerns and determine the very best treatment for each patient. Digital x-rays reduce radiation up to 90% when compared to the already low exposure of traditional dental x-rays.

Digital Panoramic Radiographs

A panoramic radiograph provides a view of the maxillary sinus, nasal areas and mandibular nerve while giving a complete picture of the patients’ mouth. The panoramic radiograph can be used for patients with an extreme gag reflex, evaluate the TMJ, expose cysts and abnormalities, reveal the position and orientation of wisdom teeth, evaluate impacted teeth, and expose jaw fractures. Panoramic X-rays are a valuable diagnostic tool which may assist with the treatment planning of dental implants, complete and partial dentures, and braces.

Intra Oral Photography

Intraoral cameras help clearly identify the condition of your teeth and gums. With this advanced technology, we can zoom in on small diseased areas, cracks, chips and worn metal fillings with extreme precision. The full-color images taken with the intraoral camera are sent to a computer screen so we can clearly see and diagnose dental problems much earlier than with traditional dental technology. Because images are displayed on monitors, patients are able to see the areas being worked on and are able to gain a better understanding of the dental procedures being performed.

DIAGNOdent

As your dentist, we are advocates for healthy, natural teeth. DIAGNOdent is a safe fluorescent laser that detects hidden tooth decay accurately, quickly, and in its earliest stages without scratching, probing or “opening up the tooth.” This provides a greater chance of identifying, treating and retaining natural teeth without the need for expensive and time-consuming restorations. This revolutionary diagnostic tool is over 90% accurate.
